Alpine chalet rentals - from Planete Blanche

How to book a property

Planete-Blanche acts as a letting agent for Property Owners whose properties are featured on our web sites. Although Planete-Blanche is responsible for all preliminary bookings and in some cases the final balance, your contract is with the owner of the property. We can not accept reservations from French residents.

  1. Please email us on info@planete-blanche.com or phone us to check availability on +334 78 17 76 26. Do ask any questions about the properties and let us know if you have any special requirements or concerns: eg. suitability for the elderly or very young children, allergies, whether or not a late arrival time can be arranged at your first-choice property, etc.
  2. By email we will confirm whether the dates you want are available and we will attach a Rental Contract (ie. Conditions specific to the property such as breakages deposit, any other charges, etc.), together with full payment details. The Contract is countersigned by the owner as a guarantee that the booking will be honoured for the dates stated therein.
  3. Print out the Booking Form and Contract, and sign them. Post them to us, together with a deposit cheque (UK residents only) or you can make the payment by bank-to-bank transfer. Submitting a Booking Form and contract will indicate that you have read our General Terms & Conditions and those specific to the property, and will abide by them. Please also confirm your booking request by email.
  4. We will 'hold' a property for you for 7 days from the day you confirm your request by email. If your deposit payment does not arrive within the 7 days, we can not guarantee that your booking will be accepted. When we receive your Contract and your deposit payment, we will acknowledge receipt by email.
  5. We will forward your deposit payment, Booking Form and Contract to the owner, who will sign it and return a copy to you. At this moment a binding contract between you and the Owner comes into existence.
