If you want to stay in the centre of Chamonix in simple but pleasant, comfortable and functional accommodation, this is the apartment for you. It occupies the ground floor of the chalet, with the owners living on the first floor. The appartment is decorated in simple Savoyard style, with wooden floors and beams, old furniture and fittings. Everything is kept in excellent order, the kitchen is well designed and equipped, the apartment is spacious and warm and the large terrace provides beautiful views over the mountains.
The entrance leads into the spacious kitchen and dining area from where there is direct access to the sitting area with television.  All bedrooms are to the left side of the corridor, two double and one with bunk beds. The bathroom is old-fashioned but kept in excellent order, it is very clean and functional. There is a separate WC.
This apartment is in one of the best areas of Chamonix, Les Praz, right next to Hotel Eden. The ski lift is very close by, providing access to the sunny pistes of La Flegere. There is also a train stop just behind the chalet, the ski train providing access to Les Grands Montets skiing area.

The chalet is located in one of the most beautiful parts of Chamonix, Les Praz. It is well- positioned for skiing, but also for numerous other activities Chamonix is famous for in all seasons, including hiking, climbing, adventure park, hot air ballooning, paragliding, summer and winter sledging, etc, the main winter activity here is skiing. A large secluded private garden looks magic covered in snow in the winter and joyful and luring in the summer for sitting and playing outside.
