Chez Claire is a family home rented for the skiing season – apart from a studio downstairs occupied by the son of the owners. It is a pleasant, spacious chalet equipped for family living. It’s got all the necessary comforts and a charming atmosphere. The main living area is to the left of the entrance hall: a spacious living room with dining table, sofa and chairs and a large wood-burning fireplace. A small but well-equipped kitchen has a hatch for serving meals to the dining table.

There are three bedrooms, two double and one twin, and a bathroom with a bath and basin. There’s a separate toilet.

Gas cooker, microwave, dish washer, washing machine, refrigerator, TV.
The owners provide their kitchen mixer and hair-dryer.
Double ski locker at the entrance.

Private residential parking.
There is no garden.
Le Brevent 2 km; les Houches 4km, ski bus stop outside.

The chalet is located in the residential part of Camonix. It’s attraction is its proximity to the centre of Chamonix,  with all the shops, restaurants and markets, as well accessibility for numerous other activities Chamonix is famous for in all seasons, including hiking, climbing, adventure park, hot air ballooning, paragliding, summer and winter sledging, etc.
